Saturday we where honored to participate in the local "Food From the Farm" event that the Cornell Cooperative Extension Clinton County hosted. We were one of 26 local farmers and 4 restaurants that took part.
With the temperature not getting much above 4 degrees we weren't expecting a large turnout but we were very wrong. Nick, Noah, and I spent 3 hours talking with people about our honey and the honey products that we produce and how important it is to keep bees in our area. We were also able to step away for a few minutes to sample from the other farmers set up and to let Noah dance a little to the live music.
It was a great afternoon and we truly appreciate everyone taking the time to come upto talk to us and ask us questions. It was awesome to meet many other people that appreciate bees as much as we do!
